BCR ABL transcripts detection by reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction

BCR ABL test is performed for CML diagnosis in diagnostic laboratories. I need a complete economic procedure for PCR technique, because this test is very expensive and poor people can not afford it. PCR is a super sensitive test that is performed for BCR-ABL oncogene in leukemia cells. However, another technique FISH is also used for CML diagnosis but the method becomes more expensive by using it. So, a complete economic and easy way is required under this regard.
