摘要:光信号传导是将光信号转化为细胞内电信号的过程,该过程主要发生在感光细胞中。光刺激可以激活感光细胞膜上的感光受体 (视紫红质),进而激发下游的信号通路,最终引起感光细胞膜上的离子通道开放或者关闭,将光信号转化为电信号。感光神经元细胞内记录能够记录单个R1-R6感光细胞接收光刺激前后的电位变化,可以精细反映R1-R6感光细胞对于光刺激的反应。
