实验原理:水稻白叶枯病由稻黄单胞菌稻致病变种(Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae, Xoo)引起,自然条件下由水稻的伤口或水孔侵入水稻叶片,进入木质部进行繁殖,由叶片向叶鞘侵染,最终造成叶片枯萎。水稻细菌性条斑病由稻黄单胞菌稻生致病变种(Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzicola, Xoc)引起,自然条件下由水稻的气孔或伤口侵入水稻叶片,病斑起初为暗绿色水渍状,沿叶脉扩展呈细线状,严重时同样造成叶片枯萎。本实验介绍了这两种细菌的培养、接种及调查方法。 实验目的:鉴定水稻对白叶枯病菌及细菌性条斑病菌的抗性情况。

一、水稻白叶枯病菌及细菌性条斑病菌的培养
