Lab information

I am a postdoc in Alan Hinnebusch's lab. My research focus is studying the transcriptional control of gene expression during amino-acid starvation conditions. I have performed techniques like ChIP-Seq, RNA-Seq, CAGE-Seq to study the transcriptional changes in yeast cells in the absence of proteins known to have a role in gene expression
