Lab information

I am independent but work in Dr. Hisayoshi Hayashi's lab. We use Ussing chambers to investigate the electrophysiological parameters of epithelial membranes. Using Ussing chambers, we measure conductance and short-circuit current of membranes, look at nutrient uptake, and measure dilution potential which tells about paracellular transport of ions.
