Research focus

Our research is focused on mRNA translation in eukaryotic pathogens and their hosts. We endeavor to understand the regulation of the translation process and decipher structurally, using CryoEM-electron microscopy (cryo-EM), its molecular basis and most importantly, the differences between eukaryotic pathogens and their mammalian hosts.
