Hi, I am following this protocol and it is working well in our hands. I have a question regarding post-processing of the sprouts. How I could transfer the sprouts for cryosection processing? Any inputs apreciated.

I am glad that the protocol works in your hands. We never did staining of the sprouts so unfortunately I cannot answer this question. Best wishes, Andreas
