Lab information

Cancer develops due to genetic abnormalities in cells and the resulting alterations in various pathways. We conduct research to understand the molecular biology of cancer and to develop new and effective treatment strategies against it. ​In our lab, we conduct research on elucidating the relationship between the nucleotide excision repair mechanism and glucose metabolism. We are also conducting research aimed at reducing the hyperactivity of these pathways related to cancer and promoting tumor eradication.
