Regarding 28516123 (https://bio-protocol.org/e2126), we recently realized that the recipe for the “10x salts buffer” in the Recipes section, point 2, was incorrectly given as “1x salts buffer”. As highlighted in the attachment, the correct concentrations for “10x salts buffer” are:

1,000 mM NaCl
200 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5)
50 mM MgCl2

We apologize for not catching this sooner.
