Research focus

Sara obtained her Ph.D. in Biosciences, specialization in Ecology, from University of Coimbra in 2022. For more than 10 years, Sara conducted field and laboratory experiments on ecosystems' functioning, stream ecology, and fungal biology.

Since completing her Ph.D., Sara has focused on scientific copyediting and proofreading, being a part of the Bio-protocol team since 2022.
