The natural existing antibodies have memory and give pro-long protectivity against a specific antigen. In that terms how are these engineered nanaobody antibodies more efficient in protection? Does the provide memory against the same antigen in a future gain?

Nanobodies are essentially high-performance natural antibodies selected from an immunized llama, so they would have the same basic properties as a given naturally occurring antibody. They will continue to be reactive against their original antigen or closely related variants.
