Here are the scripts and the data files.

Note that the large single cell data file on the first line of the import script is in any of the Seurat objects uploaded into GEO.

You will have to change the file to a csv format for the import.

The other files are in the Matlab workspace files zipped here.

Of course you have to change the paths in the import file.
