Purification of recombinant Mycobacterium tuberculosis protein expressed in prokaryotes: Transform the pet-28a vector of recombinant Mycobacterium tuberculosis gene into E. coli BL-21 strain, 5 ml of E. coli BL-21 used different concentrations of IPTG and different temperature conditions for protein expression induction, and explored the optimal IPTG induction concentration and temperature.
