The set of python tools are useful to process the hkl file from crystfel and then proceeding to difference electron density maps, extrapolated map, estimation of activation factor, calculated difference electron density maps, pearson correlation coefficent and dark structure refinement. All the tools are available at git@github.com:madanmx/GameSFX.git
