As clearly mentioned in the manuscript, Diabetic Cardiomyopathy is diagnosed with Cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) characteristics: thickened interventricular septum, increased cardiac torsion (normal value between 10° and 15°) and reduced cardiac strain (normal value ≤14%).
