After voxel-wise calculation of the intrinsic neural timescale, we applied an FDR correction and identified clusters whose neural timescales were significantly different between the ASD and TD groups. In the ROI analysis, the timescales of the ROIs were defined as the mean neural timescales in the clusters. That is, the voxel sizes varied across different ROIs.
