Research focus
My laboratory is dedicated to investigating the intricate interplay among DNA methylation, histone modification, and chromatin remodeling, and their profound implications for human diseases. Through a multidisciplinary approach that incorporates structural and cell biological techniques, we aim to decode the complex crosstalk between these epigenetic mechanisms and their pivotal role in disease pathogenesis. My group is committed to leveraging our deep understanding of the mechanisms and regulations of DNA methylation on chromatin to develop innovative therapeutic interventions for the treatment of cancers. In addition, my laboratory is actively interested in exploring chromatin- related protein complexes.
