interaction between Pseudomonas savastanoi pv. savastanoi, the casual agent of olive knot disease, and bacterial endophytes;
genome analyses of phytopathogenic and endophytes bacteria;
the role of calcium ion in the virulence of phytopathogenic bacteria.
