Need to decrease autofluorescence
[Feedback 1] Based on our experience, collagen has autofluorescence in the FITC channel. If the antigen to be labeled with FITC is expressed at a low level, pretreat the samples with 3% Sudan Black in 70% ethanol for 10 minutes may help to increase the signal-to-noise ratio.
