Here are the catalog numbers for the probes used.
Mm-Tac1 Cat No. 410351, Mm-Chat Cat No. 408731, Mm-Oprm1 Cat No. 315841
I noticed that in the quote I have, the Chat number is different (#410071, but I check with ACD, and they confirmed both are for the same probe).
You will have no issues adding a 3rd probe either with regular or v2 Assay. I used the protocol for fresh frozen tissues, and the user manual is available at: https://acdbio.com/documents/product-documents
