I'm the head of the outpatients service specialised in bipolar disorder where the study was carried out. Patients are evaluated monthly, or even more frequently when they are unwell, and in each visit we perform the screener of SCID-5 on mood disorder. We are all trained in the SCID-5 administration with a satisfactory inter-rater reliability. For this study specifically, no inter-rater reliability was reported because, at the time of the enrolment, I was the trainee in that specifica service. These information are recorded on the Local Health Agency Electronic Database. We computed the "time in euthymia" as the distance between the task completition and the following episode (being this either manic or depressive).
Hope this helps.
Thanks for your interest.
Best, Paolo
