List of antibodies, siRNAs and shRNAs

Dear Laura,

We used the following protocol for siRNA transfection (in 6-well plates) and measured the protein abundance 48h after the transfection. We did not do a 2^nd transfection.

Mix 1:  750 µl OptiMEM + 15 µl Lipofectamine 2000

Vortex and incubate at RT for 5 min

Mix 2:  750 µl OptiMEM + 1.5 µl siRNA (50 nM)

Vortex and add to Mix 1

Incubate for 20 min, then add to the cells. 

6h later change the medium to complete medium.
