Plasmids for Skp1（MR201292）, Cullin-1(MR210588), Rbx1(MR200390) were purchased from Origene (Beijing, China) or (https://www.origene.com/). Then subcloned into pcDNA3.1 vector with Flag-tag. Mouse ASK1 (GenBank No. NM_008580.4), Fbxo21 (GenBank No. NM_145564.3) were amplified from cDNA of RAW264.7 cells and subcloned into pcDNA3.1 vector. The relative mutants were amplified from constructed vector with specific primers and subcloned into pcDNA3.1 vector.
