1. Heparin (Sigma) was resolved in water into 50mg/ml.
2. Make Heparin master mix as follows:
50mg/ml Heparin
4μl
300mM MOPS, pH7.2
50μl
100mM AEBSF
5μl
Sterile water
41μl
Total:
100μl
3. Add 5μl Heparin master mix into 20μl 3ml/ml tau protein.
4. Vortex briefly to mix.
5. Incubate at 37°C for 72 hours.
