1. PBS buffer solution (PH 7.4) was used for washing Synechococcus elongatus PCC7942 by centrifugation (3000 r, 5 min)
2. Resuspended PCC7942 in PBS with 500 μM Na2CO3
3. Prepared 8% sodium alginate with deionized water
4. Mix 8% sodium alginate with PCC7942 solution by equal volume
5. Prepared 3% calcium chloride with deionized water in a beaker with a magnetically stirred rotor
6. Alginate- PCC7942 solution was injected into calcium chloride by 1ml syringe on the magnetic stirrer
7. Alginate- PCC7942 gel balls were washed with PBS buffer solution three times
8. The inner lining of AGP to attach wounds is 0.22-um porous polytetrafluoroethylene membrane
9. Put alginate- PCC7942 gel balls on the polytetrafluoroethylene membrane. The airtight polyurethane film is used as the backing layer.
