The flies wereraised at 25°C and 60% humidity under a 12h:12h L:D cycle. Female flies were collected immediately after eclosion and isolated for 5–7 days in food tubes prior to behavioral assays. The virgin of females were anaesthetized on ice and introduced into the aggression chamber separated by a transparent film. Flies were allowed to recover for 1 hr at 25 °C. After 1 hr, the transparent film was removed and aggression video was videotaped for 30 min by cameras (Canon VIXIA HF R500) at 30 fps for further analysis.
