Please find attached two files with the requested data. All patients were in the ICU, so all the cases qualify as severe. Also, be aware that all patients in table 2 are also included in table 1 (table 2 corresponds to transcriptomes after 3 days in the ICU).
We have included age, sex (0: male; 1:female), need for invasive mechanical ventilation (ventmode_1: 0: Oxygen/non invasive ventillation; 1: Invasive mechanical ventilation), and PaO2/FiO2 ratio (PaFi_1) as a marker of hypoxemia.
