We followed the protocol exactly as written in this Nature protocols manuscript - https://www.nature.com/articles/nprot.2013.079. In this Nature protocols manuscript, under the Procedure section, we did Part A (Preparation of a single-cell suspension from the adult mouse pancreas) followed by steps 2-14 under Mouse ductal cell labeling and cell separation.
