Hello Wei,
As we described in the Methods of the paper, The SARS-CoV-2 Spike S1-RBD IgG and IgM were qualitatively determined with a SARS-CoV-2 Spike S1-RBD IgG&IgM ELISA Detection Kit from GenScript. The following is the link of the product.
SARS-CoV-2 Spike S1-RBD IgG&IgM ELISA Detection Kit - GenScript
The manual for the kit is not available on GenScript website.
According to the instructions of the kit, the plasma samples were centrifuged for 10min at 1000g, 1:100 diluted with sample dilution buffer provided by the kit in our paper.
The concentration of S1 IgG in the COVID-19 convalescent plasma was quantitatively measured using a high-sensitive SARS-CoV-2 S1 IgG ELISA kit (BioVendor, Asheville, NC). The manual version I used was 20200520 that is not available any more on the BioVendor website. The followings are the links for the product and manual for the version 20210219, which uses IU/ml instead of ng/ml to represent antibody concentration.
