Although we didn't inject tamoxifen into mice in this article, However, we also inject tamoxifen to mice in other projects. We often dissolved tamoxifen in corn oil with 12.5mg/ml, and we injected tamoxifen into mice continuously for five days to make the cre fully expressed.
