.The resulting Raw data file was analyzed with ProteinPilot. Then proteins and peptides were identified.
.The identification of each sample and the total protein or peptide are screened according to unused score ≥ 1.3, confidence ≥ 95.
.The chromatographic peaks are extracted from the spectrum for peptide quantification using Skyline software.
.Proteins are quantified based on unique peptide’s abundance.
.The significantly different proteins or peptides are detected according to |FC|≥1.5 and P-value≤0.05. Finally, significant differences in each comparison group can be obtained.
