All animals are allowed to explore the two chamber apparatus for 10 min. The two chambers are delimited by an orange rectangle and the position of the animal is monitored by a red dot tracking the center of the animal’s body. Time spent in each chamber is recorded by the camera linked to the ANY-maze software.
