Hello I am a PhD student in a C elegans lab and was wondering if it is necessary to add mgs04 after cool down of M9

So we just rotated lab chores and I have to do M9 buffer this semester. I realize our lab was autoclaving M9 buffer with mgs04 already added. I think it was just a blind spot in the lab.
