I want to do cellular fractionation for nucleus, cytoplasm and mitochondria. What should be my procedure?

Hi Saundarya, this practical can only separate the nuclear and cytoplasm. If you want to isolate mitochondrial, you might need to look for a different protocol. Sorry, I am not familiar with that protocol.
