Thank you for your interest in our research. The yield for the protein after SEC is about 3 mg from a 4 litre culture. Previously, we tried expressing the protein with a cleavable CBP (intein) tag however, the expression (using small culture volumes) for this construct was very poor. Best Regards, Vinayak.
