Dear user. We have not seen any stratification phenomena in our preparations. In glasss tubes DPH crystals should dissolve easily in THF at a concentration of 1 mg/ml (4.3 mM). In any case, you can try to use more dilute (1-2 mM) stock solutions of DPH in THF. I hope you can solve this problem.
