Can you suggest me a method to clear chlorophyll from flag leaf of rice?
I tried Lactic acid (85%) plus chloralhydrate based method but its not working for mature leave.

Hi Mahesh,
I have not worked with rice leaves before. Did you try the 7:1 solution of 95% ethanol: acetic acid as mentioned in this protocol? You can try clearing for a longer time e.g., 2 days, and change the clearing solution twice a day in case the flag leaf is big and thick. Let me know if that works!
