Dear Dr. Gillotin, I have a question that is when I finished sonicating and 16,000 x g at 4 °C for 10 min, I can not see any pellet. Why?

Hello, it could be that all your biological materials is in solution and does not pellet. Are you able to visualize your isolated fractions by western blot?
