I think I did not ask my questions well. The pellet from the ultracentrifugation step (isolation step) was dissolved in PBS (as shown). Should this solution be clear? Or should this concentration exist? And is the purification step necessary? Or can the same solution be used for

This solution is looking good. If you used sterile PBS, then it can be used in in vitro experiments.

Dissolved pellets in PBS shouldn't be looking clear. Purification process is an important step for later use.
