Hi, one technical question regarding the primer NI-NI-9. if one orders PAGE Ultramer DNA oligo from IDT, you cannot specify that it will be 250nmol like the protocol says. Did you order a 250 nmol DNA oligo with PAGE purification or a PAGE Ultramer?

250 nmol DNA Oligo, PAGE purified and 5'-phosphorylated. It was not ordered as an Ultramer.
