Hi, you mentioned in the beginning that cells were also transfected with p53. Is it possible to detect endogenous levels of ubiquitinated protein of interest? I'd like to avoid co-transfection. Thank you :)

Hello! I think its depend on the endogenous levels of your protein. Using MG132 you will have an accumulation of your ubiquitinated protein, then it is possible, but you have to try! good luck!
