This is the correct recipe:

Adipocyte differentiation medium
180 ml of D-MEM
20 ml of fetal calf serum (final concentration = 10%)
2 ml of gentamycin (final concentration = 50 μg / ml)
250 μl of amphotericin B (final concentration = 0.3 μg / ml)
2 ml of dexamethasone (final concentration = 10E-6 M )
2 ml of 3-isobutyl-1-methylxanthine (final concentration = 0.5 mM)
260 μl of indomethacin (final concentration = 60 µM)
150 μl of insulin (final concentration = 10 µg / ml)
