Can vesicles resuspended in PBS be stored at -80 °C before TEM analysis? Should they be frozen in liquid nitrogen before storing at -80 °C. Should they be kept on ice while thawing?

We do not have any experience in storing OMVs at –80˚C before TEM so I cannot comment on that. Sorry...
