Poonam you can keep the CaCl2 dose constant at 0.5mM and play with the AlCl3 dose. CaCl2 treatment is basically given to enhance the uptake capacity of Al3+. There are also many reports where CaCl2 has not been used, still plants are showing aluminium toxicity symptoms. Its totally upto you on how you will conduct your experiment.
