protocol Protocol: Preparation of Mitotic and Meiotic Metaphase Chromosomes from Young Leaves and Flower Buds of Coccinia grandis
I have followed this protocol for preparing meiotic chromosomes of orchid, but I didn't even get the divisions. How I can modify my protocol for orchid chromosome preparations? Whether to change the time of collection or any particular step?
