Could I please know from where can the pSPL3 vector be procured. As far as I was able to find out, invitrogen is no longer supplying this vector.

You are correct - Invitrogen no longer supplies this vector. Please email me directly (see corresponding author email address) including your lab's location and I will be happy to help you out with a sample of the plasmid.
