您好，请问我在用percoll分离肿瘤浸润的免疫细胞的时候，离心后肿瘤细胞会漂浮在40%percoll的区域内，并且有时候还会在40%percoll内分两级，就是不会沉到最底。我确定percoll和10×PBS浓度都用对了，这是怎么一回事呢？

至20190715还是没有解决，所有的肿瘤细胞就是漂浮在最上层。40%和80%的分界处有一层细胞，镜下观察是肿瘤细胞与免疫细胞的混合体系，并没有像此protocol上说的肿瘤细胞在最下层，而是在最上层。
