protocol Protocol: Adapting the Smart-seq2 Protocol for Robust Single Worm RNA-seq
In part B of the protocol, the reverse transcription recipe does not list any dNTPs. I see they are not included in the Superscript II Buffer. Is there by chance an error in that recipe? Thanks! -Wendy

dNTP was added in the Procedure A. step 11:
Add 1 µl oligo-dT VN primer (10 μM) and 1 µl dNTP mix to each tube. Flick tubes to mix, and spin down tubes.
