Hi! I don't seem to understand the 'Wound closure monitoring after surgery'. In measuring the wound area, why is there a larger diameter and a minor diameter of the lesion?

Hello Maria,
It is the same that "horizontal and vertical positions". Was mentioned that way because the wound always has a side large ( usually, vertical size).
