Hi,I've read the reference-paper and have a question about 6his-ubiquitin plasmid. A number of genes can code ubiquitin unit, for example UBB and UBC. Which gene were used for the construction of plasmid ? or just 76 amino acids for one unit of ubiquitin

The full length of 76 AA coded for ubiquitin was used for the plasmid construction, hope this information helps. good luck for your experiment.
